Spreadsheet School On-line

• Course lasts approximately 12 weeks and covers basic to advanced functions.
• Candidates are sent five (5-15 minute) tasks per week, which they complete and return on-line to the tutor.
• Tasks include clear instructions and revision of work previously covered so that candidates get practice in using formulas and functions in a variety of workplace-based situations.
• This course also provides practical revision for people who are already familiar with spreadsheets.
• Courses can start at any time; the only requirements are access to Excel software and the ability to open, close and save a spreadsheet, and open, save and send e-mail attachments.
• Candidates receive one-to-one on-line support from tutor.

Business English On-Line

A light-hearted course on two levels for everyone who is involved in business writing.  In depth look at  grammar and correct usage, with multiple choice quizzes and practical tasks.

Business English On-Line

• Course lasts approximately 12 weeks.
• Each week, candidates are sent
• Business English Information Sheets containing:
• Words which are often incorrectly used or misspelt
• Correct use of grammatical constructions
• Multiple choice questions
• A Task which may be:
• Meeting Notes from script
• Action Plans from Meeting Notes
• Reports
• Summaries
• Correction of scripts
• Candidates receive one-to-one on-line support from the tutor
• Courses can start at any time; the only requirement is access to Word software and the ability to open, close and save a Word document, and open, save and send e-mail attachments.
• This course can also be delivered as a shorter “grammar only” on-line course, without the Tasks, concentrating only on correct usage. Understanding can be demonstrated through multiple choice questions.
